About us

Who are we?

EXQUISITE LTD is a Bulgarian company founded in 2009 in Varna. The company’s managers hold a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Economics – Varna. They have extensive professional accounting experience. Valentin Panayotov worked for many years as accountant at Biochim Bank, and Lazar Panayotov was chief accountant and managing director (CEO) of Valentina - Varna.

We offer complete online accounting and payroll services for small businesses in Bulgaria. All documents are received and sent exclusively by e-mail in PDF format. Pricing

The monthly accounting service fee depends on the number of processed invoices and other accounting documents. The price includes accurate and timely bookkeeping, monthly submission of VAT declarations, submission of all other tax declarations, bank statements including online banking, and monthly closing up to the account statement. The price does not include annual closing, submission of the annual tax declaration, participation in tax audits and inspections, or assistance with VAT recovery.

The monthly payroll service fee depends on the number of employees. The price includes maintaining employee files, hiring and termination of employees, preparation of additional employment agreements, processing all types of leave, processing sick leaves and submitting them to the National Social Security Institute (NSSI), submission of monthly declarations 1 and 6, submission of electronic employment records related to changes in employment, and preparation of monthly payroll sheets. Price lists and contracts are sent by e-mail upon request from the interested company. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will not be charged on invoices.

We are operating at very competitive prices. Just for your information: our prices start from € 50 per month.


How do we work?

After signing the contract, the client is entitled to free accounting and tax consultations. The contract is concluded by exchanging the signed agreement via e-mail. Accounting is performed in accordance with the National Accounting Standards. International Accounting Standards are applied only upon explicit client request. After signing the contract, the client is obliged to send all documents monthly by e-mail, no later than the fifth day of the following month. We are obliged to process all documents with the required high quality and on time. We perform monthly accounting closing up to the account statement, but upon explicit client request, we can also prepare a monthly balance sheet and a monthly profit and loss statement.

Payment

Payment for services is made after receiving the monthly invoice by e-mail, but no later than the tenth day of the following month. All invoices are issued in PDF format. With every invoice, we provide a precise monthly report of the accounting services we have performed.


Company Registration in Bulgaria

Especially for our future clients, we provide fast company registration at a very competitive price. After registration, we take over full online accounting services for our new clients.

Bonus

Every new client automatically receives the right to free accounting and tax consultations for the entire duration of the contract upon signing. All consultations are provided exclusively online. Any client who refers a new client who signs a contract immediately receives a bonus of 20% discount on the first invoice.
